Project description
Proposal to lift restrictions from currentt bylaw (1263-2017) requires a minimum of 3 units and restricts the size of the retail units on the ground floor to a maximum of 450 square metres. We would like to lift the restrictions to allow for a larger unit to accommodate a bar/restaurant, grocery, wine shop, butcher, flower shop and/or bakery/cafe. We would also like to add possible patio spaces along Yonge Street within our property line for potential retail tenants.
